Made it to Muncie last night and got in 5 fairly clean runs. Again I will say that the Ripper was one of the best investments I made never even came close to missing a shift. So I clicked off a 12.65 @ 112.9 Not my best MPH as that is a 113.6 but it's .23 better then my previous best.
As a side note I saw a 75 with a 383 running 12.3's and a fellow forum member OL' RJ running 12.4@116 in an 86. The other cool car was a Gen 3 Camaro with an LS1 and a cam (No head work and no headers) running 11.8's.
Rippe is awesome. I missed 3rd twice on my first trip to the track. went home and changed out the stock shifter and now I dont think I could miss third if I tried. Performed beautifully at the track.
Dang, very impressive for MN6 launching & shifting!
Yeah I was kind suprised how well the ripper works. And my 60's were better then in the past as well( I'm sure thats the big reason I improved)
Anyway thanks everyone :)
