Window closing really hard and other issues...
Randomly last weekend I was driving and went to roll my window up all the way and I heard a loud pop when it got to the top of the track. I didnt think much of it since as it seemed to operate alright still. Today with the door open I went to roll it up, and it rolls up fast as always but sounds like it is hitting something solid when it stops. It's like the glass is hitting something when it comes to the end of the track instead of just stopping quietly f that makes any sense.... I also noticed the window appears to be more loose on it's track as it has some side to side play. What happened here?!? My passenger window has always been somewhat loose and rattles a little when down all the way. There is also side to side play, but no noise like it is hitting something when closing at the end of it's travel. Did the tracks come loose, or did something break? Also someone leaned on my passenger side black window trim and broke the tabs off inside that hold it in place so that is loose as well now. How much and how hard is it to replace that? Thanks for the help guys....

Sounds like the regulator is on it's way out. The cables can fray or rust and then get bound up. The popping may have been one of the plastic retainers breaking from the bind. Replacing the regulators are pretty straight forward. Plenty of room to get them out once you pull the door panel off.
