Ok so like a couple of weeks ago I noticed my vette coming over the information center LOW VOLTAGE & CHARGING SYSTEM FAULT so I changed the battery with a NEW GM battery. After installing the battery it fired right up took it around town a couple times no big deal. Got it back home parked it for two dayz and when I went to start it again the gauges started going crazy and running ruff. So I shut it off and tried to start it again all it does now is turns over no fire. Had a buddy hooked his scanner to it witch didn't come up with anything, so he told me to check to c if I had fuel pressure on the rail. Took the cap off pressed the center n and nothing no fuel came out. So after I got home from work that same day I went and a cycled the key like 5 or 6 time and then for some reason it fired and ran . So I let it run for 10-15 mins shut it off and now it doing the same thing all over again . If u have any advice or have heard/had this prob please help I'm getting discouraged. Thanks

Most scanners that are available inexpensively only read emissions codes. That is to say they cannot pull the vehicle specific codes. You can pull C5 codes, emissions and vehicle specific, yourself into the DIC. Here is how:
Post ALL your codes including the H or C or HC that follow each code here. Someone will help you understand the codes that you have.
The problem you are experiencing sounds like it may be ignition switch related. Here are some links that may be worth reading through. Especially the one labeled diagnosis:
Ok well I checked the codes and this is all of the ones that I came up with.
*PCM: P0161
*BCM: B0432
B2527
U1016
*IPC: B0516
B0521
U1016
*LDCM: B2282
B2284
U1064
U1016
*RDCM: B2283
B2285
U1064
U1016
*RFA: U1255
U1016
and that's all that came up

Reason: Making it easier to read
That's a lot of codes and many may be history (H) and not current (C). You need to clear/remove/delete all these codes with the above guidance. Start the car and BEFORE you turn it off, pull the codes again and see what shows up. That can help us better understand what may be your issue(s).
PS: Codes will have an H or C or show H and C indicating what is going on or has gone on.
