Default Rear end removal procedure

Anyone have a procedure to remove the rear end. Any good tips to make it go easier? I have a lift and I'm planning to do a 3.90 swap out with my 3.42 gears in my '98 MN6. I tried a search but turned up nothing...
Thanks
Shirl :D

I made a bracket that bolts to the underside of the car to stop the torque tube from dropping too far when you lower the rear cradle. Tie straps under the trans will do. Just get that cradle out of the way and the diff will slide right off the trans. It's not really heavy enough to bother with a tranny jack. I just use the jack to remove the rear cradle. Remove the calipers, E Brake cable , a couple of wires and the upper shock mounting plate and it will lower right down. The axles will pop right out with a pry bar and come down with the cradle. That cradle assembly is bulky and heavy, so be careful. ANDY
BTW Got your diff already? I have them if you need one. :D
