whats the best set to buy that gain the most hp and tq?

It depends a lot on which mods. you have. On a stock C5 I have heard of as much as 15 RWHP to as little as 5 RWHP, on a heads and cam car there will be greater gains. Most of the guys run TPIS long tube headers. :cheers:

DO a search on headers and you'll find tons of info. I am having my car tuned today after my header install weeks ago. I will reort my findings. I went with stainlessworks headers on mine. SO far I love them but plan a full report.

I put on the FLP's and have been very happy with them. I like the fact that its a complete system.

I am running the Ceramic TPIS Long tubes. I have torture tested these things in high heat for days and have had no problems with them. Good price, good product. :)

Mr Z06- please check our website, we offer many brands. we recommend the FLPs for many reasons and we have tested, installed and sold most headers available. please call or email us for more info if we can help. dont want to get into a header war here on the CF. :lol:
