I just installed a complete system in my c5z. Before I put it all back together I tested the system and it ran flawless with no "noise" in the sytem at all. Once it was back together i am getting a quite but high pitch ringing or hum in the speakers with both the "key on" or "engine running" position. This is not alternator noise. It is steady and even with the engine off. I was able to find that the interference is being casued by my wide band A/F gauge I have installed, once unplugged the noise stops and come back when plugged back in.
I am using the same fuse location to draw power for the A/F gauge as well as the amp "turn on" REM wire, "Key on" power
At no point does my amp power wire cross or run with the RCAs. However the small 18 gauge power wire that is running the a/f gauge is tucked under the center concole with the RCAs.
best guess is that 18ga power wire and or your rca's aren't shielded well and or you have a ground that's too long. did you use a seat bolt or frame rail for the ground?
If you've mounted your A/F gauge on the left A pillar, consider grounding the gauge at the ground terminal block located behind the plastic trimming by the left foot. (Around where the hood release switch is).
As for shielding, what we do with to shield wiring on our aircraft to prevent EMI (electro magnetic interference) is wrap a conductive meshing around the wire bundle and solder/splice the shielding into a ground.

However you could probably find a shielded RCA cable for a bit more. Check the following link.
The gauge is molded into the center console to the top right of the shifter. That way the power wire is crossing the RCAs as they come out of the head unit and make their way down the center to under the passenger seat. Like an idiot I have the slack power wire just pushed up with the RCAs. I need to move it the best I can and see if it works. I didn't think the 18 gauge would generate enough power to casue the interference. That's the only thing left it could be.
There are two groups of wires on the back of the A/F gauge. One for power, groud and data logging and the other larger one goes to the Wide Band O2 itself. It was the O2 group that was causing the inerference. I moved it away from the RCAs and boom noise is gone. You could even move them close again and hear the hum sound come back.
So now all sound is clean and the A/F gauge is back in action.
