Default Fuel Pump

Probably should have posted in here in the first place but here goes again. About 11:30pm last night I'm driving and I get the dreaded press the gas and the car stumbles bs. So I make my way to the hazzard lane and pull over. I check the MAF plug, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. Anyway, this is the 2nd fuel pump that has gone out in the past 2 months. Now I NEVER let the car get below 1/4 tank of gas so it's not burning up because of always running the car to empty or anything like that. So my question is, should I let Chevy continue to put in refurbished fuel pumps into my car (they are free parts and labor btw) or should I just upgrade now? If I upgrade, what would you guys suggest I get?

Thanks
Deetch
