Differential locker?

I started taking an interest in off road trucks and one common mod is to add a locking differential. Thus similar style "switchable" lockers available for the C5 differential? My thought- if you're at the drag strip and want to launch, what if you had something like an air locker to lock the drive wheels instead of relying on the clutch packs of the OEM LSD? Of course, you'd have to remember to turn it off immediately after the run or you'll get bind up turning around

Im sure a full manual Locking Diff is something that can be done but im sure its much more overkill then you will need Aside from maybe a 1000HP drag car..
not to mention then its going to be harder on other parts on the trans... Input shaft, TT Couplers ect.. I am happy to scrifice a little traction over breaking things

Not to mention, because of the rear-mounted transmission, C5s (and C6, C7) have differentials that are unique only to them (not a generic Dana 44, Dana 60, etc), so a company would have to make a differential locker specifically for a C5.
The "guts" are also more complex than typical. I'm not an expert, but find a how-to guide on rebuilding a C5 differential, and you'll see its different than what you'd find on a truck.
The differentials are very strong. And the gears/gut themselves rarely break. Its usually the case or shafts that go first.

and I really liked it! If I burn the clutchpacks out of mine I'll certainly put one in
