For the first year/20,000 miles, the DIC tire pressure readouts were always the same as my Radio Shack digital TP gauges. The 3 different Radio Shack gauges still agree with each other, but the DIC readings have "drifted". Now, the Radio Shack gauges will show both rear tires at 31.5 psi, but the DIC will show the left rear as 30 and the right rear as 33. The 3 psi difference definitely catches my attention. I tried retraining the sensors using the magnet procedure, but that made no difference. I'm not aware of anything else that can be done except to replace both ensors, and that seems kinda extreme. Any other ideas?

Re: Tire Sensor Errors (Gearhead Jim)
I've noticed pretty much the same thing for a long time. I now basically just use the DIC numbers as a guide. For accurate readings I use my tire pressure gauge (dial type). It's a whole lot less expensive than four TPS's. :)
that's a tough one jim.
i've noticed with mine, the readings are pretty accurate within the first 10 to 15 minutes of driving. (30psi) if i check the readings between 30 to 60 minutes of driving, they are usually off somewhat. 31psi LF, 29 psi RF. the two rear ones will read 29/29 or 30/30. i don't worry about it as long as i get accurate readings starting out.
just checked all mine after leaving the track saturday with a digital gauge and when driving home it seems that the rears read lower on the DIC and the fronts Higher by about 1psi both directions
