If memory serves me correctly, all you need is torx socket. Be VERY CAREFUL, if the adjustment screws do not move freely, pull the headlight bucket out and SOAK the screws with oil or PB Blaster. Do not force the adjustment screws - they will snap and you'll be SOL. With the bucket out, you'll see how the screws work and why they are so fragile.
