A few weeks ago i was up on the dyno to get retuned after some changes ,we couldnt get full pulls because of transmission codes.Didnt want to push it till they were fixed. When i left there i heard a squeak squeak sound when first started then went away. The next day on cold start it squeaked more idlleing then when put in gear it squeaked then stopped .Every morning now it does it but not when warmed up unless it sits after warmed up for an hour then restarted it does it again.ALSO ive had a rumbling sound for awhile that kind of sounded like exhaust hitting under the floor,NOW im starting to think the couplers are shot and the front bearing is going. What do you guys think? Its a 2004 auto had 422 rwhp alittle more now.ONly have 20000 on car. Also im thinking of drilling a hole in tube tapping it for a plug and go in with a scope and see if they look bad before i drop everything out.My only other thing would be a bad roller on the lifter but im leaning to torque tube.
You should be able to use a stethoscope to determine if the noise is in the lifter area.
Would be surprised a 2004 with that low mileage would have coupler issues but with the higher performance loads it could be they are failing early. Not a real expensive fix if you do the work yourself. If you need any guidance help I have at least one real good one with pictures and discussion.

it sounds like itsback of motor but when I go underneath it seems louder, when I got it up in the air it was quiet and couldn't get it to do it again. After I set it back down it started.... go figure.ill be doing the work myself, thats no big deal its just a big job and to find out its not it.
Make sure the "squeak" is not an exhaust part rubbing on something. Putting it in the air and not having it could be a giveaway. Look closely for any signs of rubbing. I assume you have headers so that could be an area to look at.
