Default Help diagnose sky high STFT

Bank 1 avg is about +35%
Bank 2 avg is about +55%

Bank 2 O2 sensor looks to be about dead (barely reading anything)
This all indicates a very lean condition which is justified slightly by the O2... and I feel the rest could be with VE tables.

I currently run the car with LTFT disabled as it seems to run great.

I would like to fix mechanical issues and then tune VE tables to get LTFT to within 10% and STFT to within 5%.

...and if you're really good, how can I reduce throttle hang when I tap the gas?

I use HP Tuner's software.

Not enough info. Is the engine stock? Programming already altered? I suggest you provide as much info as possible. Posting in scan and tune would help if it's modified.

Why would you disable the LTFT? Do you know (or understand) what these Fuel trims do and how they work?

I think you ought to get your O2's working correctly first, re-enable all the fuel trims, disconnect the battery for a short time to clear all the fuel trims, reconnect and then watch the graphs and see what the car wants to do on it's own.
