ACA HID Replacement Bulbs

My driver side low-beam bulb is out. The headlights are ACA HID installed by the previous owner. I have the manual that came with the HID upgrade kit Instruction Manual & Information package (XGL Headlamps True HID Lighting on the cover page). I checked the web site listed for the company but it is not an active address. I've searched the forum and haven't found anything showing how to replace the bulbs. I also have no idea what bulb to buy as a replacement, where to buy it, or what the cost is. Thanks in advance for assistance.

More than likely, it is the ballast that is bad.
Try swapping the one from the working side to the non-working side.

I have a bad ballast. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement? It's a Philips XLD912 35Watt ballast.
