I woke up this morning and found my passenger door window fell into the door. The lights on the passenger door panel light up but none of buttons for lock/unlock or the window works.
The driver side button for the passenger window does not work as well but everything else on the driver side panel works fine.
Any thoughts before I take it to the shop or recommendations to try to fix first.
When you say "FELL" into the door does that mean it literally fell or is it just down? If the windows and locks don't work it would seem your door module has failed. However if the regulator let go of the glass maybe it somehow damaged the wiring or connectors.
Please update us. If you plan to take it to a shop, I would recommend you remove the door panel first unless they are C5 folks with experience. I have a link at home on how to remove the panel if you need it.
If you pull your codes I bet you will see Right Door Control Module (RDCM) there.

I'm guessing it may be a combination of the regulator and module. If you have that link on how to remove the panel I would appreciate it, if not available I'm sure I can pull it up on YouTube. I'm going to see if I can fix it when I get home in a few hours and I will post my updates.
sorry it took so long to get back and some stuff come up.. i took apart the door and looked at the RDCM before anything else and this is what I found. Had to order a replacement. ITs crazy a car with only 34k miles this should not happen.
