Default Fluid leak

Hi, I am shopping for a low milage c5 z06. I found a 2003 with great detailed GM maintenance records in hand and on the carfax. I had a pre purchase inspection done and the found signs of a previous fluid leak. It looks like the back end of the oil pan. Has anyone seen this before or know what a possible cause could be? It is not dripping at all so it is not currently leaking but there is definitely quite a bit of left over from something. Should I pass on the car?

Thanks in advance.

Rear main seal looks like. It's behind the flywheel, so it's basically as much work as r/r the clutch.

After doing some reading I am willing to be it is more likely a Fuel pressure sensor leak which I think is a best case. Either way the oil is not actually dripping while the car is parked no dark spots so at this point I am not that concerned and once I see the car I can verify the OPS is the source.

It has been awhile since my clutch slave cylinder leaked but it may be that too. I don't recall if the oil leached forward onto the oil pan or not.

The oil still looks pretty wet. It if was repaired, I'd expect to see it wiped up or at least drier in appearance. The more it is driven, the more dirt should be caked on and the oil dried up. I'd investigate further. If the car looks good otherwise, you might use that as a bargaining chip.
