Most likely the door accordion, pull off the rubber boot and shake the crap out of the wires and it'll probably work again. Bill Curlee has a full write up on the forum somewhere about the proper repair as the one I said is only temporary

Check fuse 30 in the footwell. It is just for the passenger door.
If you need to check the connector for the door, pull back the door accordion and the connector is in the A-pillar, not in the door. Make sure it is well seated and you can also inspect to make sure the female connector portion does not have any issues you need to readjust/bend back into correct shape.
Worst case is the door module circuit board is bad. Not likely all four relays would go bad at once. Same case for the two motors in the door.
i had this same issue my conenctors in the door were fine....if you shake the **** out of the accordian and it still doesn't work it's most likely not them....and taking them out to look at and putting it back together was way harder then i thought it was gunna be...
all my fuses were ok
my connector pins in the accordion were fine....
so i ordered a door module we'll see how it goes...
I've been fighting this problem on my 99 FRC for 2 years now, last time it worked I put a new regulator in, the freaking windows & locks worked for one day.
Now it drains the battery dead overnite.

You need to put an ammeter in series with your battery and start unplugging stuff until it goes away. Or you could get a DC amp clamp, which will provide more flexibility by allowing you to run around the car clamping things. You can borrow mine if you need.
