You need to re-soldier the 241 joints on the circuit board. I followed Toque's page http://www.toquez06.com/dimdisplay.html to fix it. He has a great write-up on this.
There are numerous people on ebay who will do this repair for you if you don't feel comfortable with the soldering. The removal is not as difficult as it looks. There is also a diy for the console removal at www.vetteessentials.com but Toque's page is probably better.
If you do it yourself the "241 connections" is in reference to the solder connections on the 240 ohm resistors. Those resistors are marked with a 241 on top.
Conversely, if you choose not to do the soldering yourself you can buy a refurbished unit from ABSFixer.com. They are a supporting vendor.

There are 2 types of boards with the resistors in a different location. As far as I know there are no other styles.
