Does the other FOB work?
The early FOBs have some history of failing. There is a Thread or two here on fixing it. If I remember it is a cold solder joint. Maybe someone has the link and will chime in. Try a Google search since it may be on more than one Forum.

Thanks for the link. I did searches and could not find it. I put it in my "stash" of information this time.
I don't know what the guy was thinking with a Thread title that is not even close to stating what the issue is.
