Been getting the power reduced mode situation here lately and I was pretty sure in my head it was a tps issue caused from a nitrous hookup years ago. Well today I tested the tps and it tested good. but everytime I would surpass 30% on my throttle "Using hptuners scanner" I got power reduced mode but around the 25% mark it would start fluctuating an this was with the key on engine off. So not having any help here with me I set my phone up in front of the throttle body and made a video and as I suspected from the sound the throttle body was not opening up all the way. So I thought possibly a bad motor on the throttle body pulled it off wired it up to a small 12v battery and after it jumped up off the table and scaried the crap out of me I decided that was not the problem either.
Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have a wiring schematic for the brown and yellow wires that go to the throttle body? Daughter has sr prom in 4 days and I swore to her she could take the vette this year and I'm sweating bullets
Any mods to the car? I had to raise the P1514 calculated airflow table on my car when I added cam & headers as it went into reduced power mode at WOT above 5000 RPM.

No mods that would cause an issue like this just CAI, Corsas and tune thanks for the schematic
Throttles are extremely sensitive. If there is any kind of grit or dirt or any part of the coupler or something in the intake side interfering with its movement, it will go into reduced power mode. I would clean the hell out of it and make sure the blade is not having any trouble opening and closing.
I actually had this issue for awhile. I fixed it by sanding all around where the blade travels. Making sure the surface was perfectly smooth. Hasnt been an issue since. Use a medium grit to knock everything off, then gradually smooth it out with fine sand paper. Then use a wet rag and clean out the sanding before starting the engine.
Nuke that was another thing I thought about and tried, I cleaned it but I didn't sand on it yet. It does feel kinda catchy in places when opening it I may need to open the drive motor side and just completely disassemble it to make sure one of the bearings are not acting up. I currently have the TAC module removed was gonna start doing to mutimeter testing on the wiring to the pedal last night but it got to late on me
Think I found the problem same issue you had nuke had a burr that was catching the throttle blade. I sanded all around it and I just went wot sitting with the motor off about 30 times and no power reduced mode. Before it would do it by the 5th time
