HVAC problem
New owner here! 2003 Z06. I have researched this problem for a couple days but it seems there are a few different scenarios for my sysmptoms. First week of ownership went well; however, I am now experiencing a problem. The air stopped blowing cold. The first thing I did was put my cheapo walmart gauge on it to check refrigerant level. When I unscrewed the low side cap, there was some kind of highlighter-colored dye that was all over the fitting and inside the fitting. First question...what might that be??
I then proceeded to get a reading of 100psi. I then checked the codes and I repeatedly keep coming up with the common B0361 and B0441 which seem to indicate an actuator problem. My next question...what are the chances that the actuator is the only problem? I pulled the fuses and tried those easy fixes to no avail. I think I did get some cold air one of the times when I cleared the codes for about a minute or so.

Must have been a previous leak and someone used dye in the system to find.
When you talk about pulling fuses, were you doing an actuator re-sync or just pulling to look at them. There is a big difference.
