Pull Key Wait 10 Seconds - Worse now than before.

Pull Key Wait 10 Seconds - Worse now than before.
I know there are a lot of threads on this...
Here's my story that maybe somebody else has experienced as well.
Installed the LMC5 and it got better. I would still get the Pull Key message once in a while... usually after the car was parked more than a few days.
This was still bothering me so.......
Installed the CLB a few months later. Now pretty much every other time I get in to fire the car up it is giving me the Pull Key message.
It's worse now than it was so has anybody had it get worse after doing this?
I guess my next idea is to remove the CLB and just live with how it was doing it "once in a while."
For the record:
2000 6 speed
New Optima Red Top battery that's always on a trickle charger when the car isn't being driven.
I don't think it's a battery/voltage problem.
