My C5 died!

Just cruising along today in my c5 vert and it started running rough...I pulled over and it stalled. It will start briefly but idles very roughly and won't take gas very well....then stalls again. I pulled one code 0506c...which is low idle. Only other symptom is when I tried to lock the car...the horn goes off...I have to unlock it to stop the horn.

Sounds like a low voltage issue, see what a voltmeter tells you.
