I KNOW this is beyond stupid questions time, but I looked in the newbie and tech posts at the top and didn't see it mentioned.
I see different kinds of plugs available, and I'd rather stay with AC Delco, (am I right?), but somehow "COPPER" just doesn't sound right for this engine.

Any takers???
Thanks in advance.
The stock plug is ACDelco 41-110 (Iridium) and are pregapped to .040
I just had the plugs and wires changed after 128k miles. The mechanic showed me the plugs and they didn't look bad for the originals from the factory. No oil or uneven electrode wear. Had them put the AC Delco Platinum's back in with new wires. Counting on these one to last just as long.
The iridium is for longevity. Copper plugs are used in the performance applications but need to be changed out quicker. The most popular is the NGK TR55.

I run the NGK 55. Just know I have to change them out every so often.
I did just pull my factory iridiums out of my 2001 with 130K. They looked great.
