HID fogs
I have a set of Radio Flyer yellow HID fogs that seem to light off very slowly and then get brighter, but even then not as bright as I would have expected.
Realizing that brighter is not nessesarily better for true fog use, Is this normal?

HID's will take some time to warm up to full, that is normal. Whether or not they are as bright as they should be or as you expected is hard to say without seeing them. Ask RadioFlyer directly he is very good on customer service.
