wut kind of sound difference do headers make, and wuts the difference between long tube headers and regular headers

I have the long tubes and the sound is deeper and a lot louder at WOT. I have the Corsa Indys. Also the long tube headers eliminate the front Cats on the 01 & 02 cars. The long tubes will get you a little more HP, but are harder to install and cost more.

LT headers make a big difference with Heads/Cam/Ls6 intake also.

so would long tubes be legal since you would have to eliminate the cats, or can you still have cats wit them
