Default airbag and control module help

Hey guys I got a 99 corvette that was in a wreck, Both airbags went off and the damage was fixed, but now I need to replace the air bags to get the title back so I have a few questions.
Where is the airbag control module? I have herd under a seat, under the center console, and under the radio..
Is there any sensors that need to be replaced?
and does the entire dash have to come out to replace the passenger side air bag?
Thanks for any input!

The control module is under the HVAC/Radio area. The control module IS the sensor. It may be fine and just needs to be reset by a Tech II.

You do have to remove the dash pad for the passenger side air bag. It is easier to remove than it sounds like. I know at least two people who are NOT routine DIY guys that have done it and found it not that hard. Just bag and tag all the fasteners so you know where they go.

Yes that is the module. My FSM says you need to remove the HVAC control unit to remove it. Maybe, maybe not.

Not sure about resetting the module and whether it can be done external to the car.
