Been doing some reading here about shocks. It seems the best option for me is to install C6 Z06 om my C5, im good with that. I just cant seem to find instructions through the search on building DIY simulators to prevent codes from flashing and of course not being able to drive over 80 MPH. This is a daily driver BTW.
I've got a practically brand new set (less than 8K miles) I'm pulling off my '02 right now due to converting over to coilovers. Replacement will be plug-n-play for yu.
You can purchase 10 watt 10 ohm resistors at Radio Shack or similar store and then solder them into the contacts in the connector ( I believe you can also cut the plugs off the shocks and solder to the wires on the plug). Probably a good idea to seal the resistors up in some heat shrink tube and RTV.
I am just looking for a better description of how to do this pics or video. From the description I am not seeing how to do this.
