{ CORSA } Titanium Exhaust Sound Clips

RG

One of the cool things about the system is the ease with which the mufflers can be removed and straight pipes installed. All neat clamps. And this can be done without lifting the car. It looks like this could be done about twenty minutes, probably less. Switching from the street to race system should be simple.
And don't forget this setup shaves like 29 pounds off of the stock C5, and I think 14 off the Z06. Most of the aftermarket exhausts run from the axle back. This one actually runs from the cats all the way back. Even the tips are titanium.
I like the street setup. My garage is about eight feet from my neighbor's family room and he has yet to mention the change from stock. :D

I think maybe part of the idea behind using clamps was to give the option of switching back and forth from the street to the comp system. None of the other Corsa systems use clamps on the tips, I don't think.
When I bought the system I expressed some interest in different tips and was told something about only offering one unique design to differentiate from the other systems. I personally think the pro tips look much better.
Oh well. Should be easy enough to change if I get that botherd by it.
Awesome sound, though.

I think the answer is no. The Corsa Ti system also has a set of resonators just down from the h-pipe after the converters. I think it's the resonators that are most responsible for the sound.
