Not that much. To take advantage of the 102 you're going to need a cam and headers. Incidently, if you're going to put a 92 TB on a 102 make sure you use a transition ring or you're going to get a stumble on acceleration.

The biggest issue with the 102 on the C5 is fitment under the cowl. Some get lucky and it fits. Others, like me, need to lower the engine either with mounts or by shimming the cradle.
I'd also recommend the 90mm GM LS2 TB. With adapter harness it's plug and play.
I can't speak definitively to the power gain. You will get every answer under the sun on that topic......but, I believe it's the best intake available.
