Do you mean the connections for PB hose and small vacuum hose on the rear? If so, the answer is yes.
Btw, MAP sensor location is on top of the manifold up in front, not in the rear. You need to extend your OE MAP wires to reach. Either buy a plug-n-play harness (cheap and recommended), or extend your own wires.

I'm aware of the front location on top of the intake; there is a second MAP location right next to the vacuum line for PB and the 1/8" vac plug. Probably best to buy the MAP harness extension and plumb the front one.

That's what I did. Easy enough to do. I think I used a 3/8" drill to make the hole up front IIRC.
Be prepared for the possibility however, that this manifold may make contact with the cowl/firewall area. Some guys get lucky and it barely clears and others not. I chose to install a pair of the short version poly motor mounts ahead of time to get the extra bit of clearance, and as it turned I'm glad I did.
If you have headers, I would also recommend using motor mount heat shields like the ones offered from Vibrant Performance, or at least OE stamped aluminum ones.
I chose a pair of these Vibrant Performance 25695 engine mount heat shield kits:
Since I used shorter poly mounts, I had to trim a small amount off the bottom of the "skirt" area of these shields. They do a good job and are well made.
