tire pressure
99 c5 standard, mischelin a\s runflats with 5,000 miles on them. I start with 30 pounds in all tires cold. After 1/2 hour of texas driving, three tires have 34pounds and the right rear tire has 38 pounds. It is consistant from last summer to now. Had Discount Tire take the tire off and checked the inside, nothing wrong. Does the right rear run hotter????????? Should you air up cold or adjust for hot tires, like 27/28 cold. wheel alignment is within standards. Any IDEAS.......

dragging brake will raise the temperature. So will any kind of drag on that wheel.
BTW, my rears heat up more than the fronts, but not that much of a difference like yours. I'd jack the wheels off the ground and see if there is any difference in rotational friction between the two sides in the rear.
