C5 Ignition Switch Irregularity
Just wanted to let everyone know. The fix for my C5 ignition switch irregularity is to turn the ignition switch to the "on" position when the car is turning over and it starts on the first or second try. I think I'm going to wait for the total failure of the system before replacement. This has been an issue with the car since day one with me and that was 3/14/07. Otherwise, this C5 Corvette runs flawlessly.

Mine failed rather quickly from acting funny to total failure. Like two days. I was moving and barely got it to the new house with several restarts in the middle of the road then it died.
The switch is cheap and took about an hour to install.
