Default rotor vanes

The rotor vanes are they to be facing the front of the car or to the rear of the car? Thanks, Tom

Front. So that they scoop in the air.

i was always under the impressison that you want air to enter the rotor at the hub(center) and leave at the outer circomference?

I could be wrong.

With ducts connected it definately works that way.

The vanes point to the rear at the top and to the front at the bottom.
Stock rotors will be stamped as to which corner they belong. The vanes do not "scoop" air at the perimeter. That will only send hot air around the hub spindle and heat the bearings. The air enters at the center and exits at the perimeter. Hope this helps.

When I went to install the rotor I thought that they sold me the rotor for the other side but the one they gave me works the way you described. Thanks for showing light to the subject SOCKO and NORCALACE
