Default Blower Motor Resitor Location

2000 C5 Where is the blower motor resistor located? I have off and high speed and have a new resistor but have been unable to find the resistor. this is a manual air unit.

It's mounted next to the blower motor. The "card" part goes up into a hole in the housing and it is retained by a couple screws IIRC. Look for the pigtail. Number #16 in the pic below:





Edit: Here's a picture of the HVAC housing laying outside the car showing the location next to the blower motor. You may have to remove the blower motor for better access. Remove front screw and only loosen the two rear screws since they fit into slotted holes. Photo courtesy of Bill Curlee.

Thanks for the help on this deal. After the Blower Motor is removed it is easy to see. Just didn't look hard enough,
