Default Lean codes after CAI install

Just installed a Callaway Honker on my '04 six speed coupe. Only have driven around town a bit. The lean trim bank codes one and two, 171H and 174H have popped up several times. Is this possibly a normal circumstance until the computer relearns about getting more of the cool Phoenix air, only 102F right now. Or do I need to plan on having some diagnostic work done. Engine runs smooth not missing a beat and shows a considerable difference in the get up and go dept.
Thank you.

Do you have any other work done to your car ?
Long Tube headers ?

Getting a tune from a tuner is a good idea if your car thinks its running lean.
A tuner can dial in your Air-Fuel ratio to where it should be for engine safety and maximum power output too.

Sounds like that Honker is pulling a lot of air.

If I were you I would contact a tuner to have them check out the codes, and maybe even have them tune to set your Air-Fuel ratio's.
