Steering wheel squek?
It seems like it is coming from some sort of rubbing.
It's been posted here in the past. Might want to run a search in the Achives.
As I recall, the cause was a dry bushing at the lower end of the steering column...and the cure was a shot of spray lube, like white lithium.
If you go for it, I'd reccommend that you NOT use WD-40; it's a great moisture remover, but its lubricating properties are short lived.
This of course assumes that the squeak is coming from the bottom and not the top of the steering wheel column.
