Gauge Cluster Speaker Making noise
Hey guys, today out of the blue my gauge cluster speaker starter crackling and making all kinds of weird noises. I fired it up today and it started and made noise for a short time then I started driving and it went away so I ignored it.
I got back home and started working on it and I noticed the noise was there again. its pretty much constant now.
I found some threads about it but never really saw a conclusion or much good information, so Im just looking for some guidance.
Thursday Im going to pull and clean all the grounds, due to their common issues on this car, and some other electrical gremlins im hunting (speedo intermittently inop, and very bouncy when it does work).
And I dont even know where to start on this one, so I was hopin you guys could give me some guidance.

It is powered from the IPC board. I doubt it is the speaker itself. I have seen a couple of people with a similar issue. If it were me, I would be looking for another IPC or see if you can find a repair shop who can fix it.
