I have a Corsa Touring on my 99 Coupe with an auto. I want to know how I could make a little more vroom sound from the exhaust?
I had to step down from the Pro pipes to the Touring because they were deafening!!!....the reason was headers, heads and valve/springs...more air more noise!!!....so I imagine if you want to do one, do the headers and it will get louder!!!...I have a 2000..

I have an A&A Vortech SC with shorties, the stock cat pipe with a bassani x pipe.
and the Corsa Touring catback that came with the car.
I also thought it was too quiet.
I drilled a 1/2" hole through the case into the tailpipe 1 1/2 inches before it exits the muffler then capped the case hole with a sheetmetal plate and 4 screws.
There were 2 or 3 layers to drill through but it improved my exhaust note without droning.
Basically I put a hole inside the muffler.
I'm thinking about maybe making the hole 3/4"
