I've posted this one the Z06 forum, but figured it couldn't hurt to do it here too.
Installed TSP headers, like everyone, had to cut the tunnel plate but even after that, the passenger side 02 is still just barely touching the torque tube, as shown in the pic. The header itself sits slightly higher than the driver side does.
So, do they make a shorter O2 sensor? My only option is to try and get a replacement header?
No need to get a new header; take it to an exhaust shop and have them cut the o2 bung on the header off and re-angle it. They may also be able to heat it up and and re-angle it without any cutting at all
