Default Ported 92/90 - P0103

At my whits end with my car, added a ported 92 from peak port shop and have had nothing but issues with idling. Working on tuning with one of the best in the area, but pulled manifold off to black rtv the MAP sensor because it was loose. Now its rock solid but I am getting P0103 but no MIL. MIL is still enabled in the tune.

I watched the MAF hz from startup and it does not go above 14,000 hz which would throw the code. Sits around 3200-3600 hz while idling.

This leads me to believe there is a leak that is allowing air in post MAF. Agreed?

I am ordering new gaskets for the fast, even though they don't even have 500 miles on them.

All new vacuum lines to catch can, all clamped. Don't have a smoke tester but I used some carb cleaner and the idle didn't jump when I was testing the hoses.

Thoughts/Ideas?

Thanks but I am not running a speed density tune, and both MAF/VE is enabled.
