Inspection and Service Intervals

I'm looking at parts replacement intervals, time/mileage that seem to be a normal failure item.
Not brakes or normal line items like fuel filters.
But tie-rod ends, belts, hoses.
Master cyls, clutch cyls, caliper seals, water pumps.
My car is 10 years old and I'd like to start gathering up parts and prices before the winter gets here.
Plus sharing info with others helps too.

Interesting. I'd like to see what people do also.
For me, I usually do inspections on my cars pretty regularly whenever I am working on them (like at oil changes, etc).
You can spot when tie rods and other suspension problems are starting.
Clutch and brake, I look at for signs of leakage and or contamination and change the fluids.
Water pump I wait for leakage and or bearing play (failure).
Belts and hoses I look at regularly, but I have probably let go too long. I have only had rare failures. If I was replacing hoses, I would go with the all silicone ones that last nearly forever.
In other words, I keep watching them and replace when suspect or at failure.
