C-5 Passenger Headlight...
So it's been a while since I drove my C-5 at night.. Plus I was detailing the car anyway, so I manually turn on the headlights, to clean them and the drivers side comes up fine, the passenger side was lit, but just stuck down. I pulled the cover off the manual open adjuster, and gave it a few turns, tried again and it worked, but now when I shut the lights off the passenger side light makes a noise like a $50.00 Chinese air compressor. It still works but something broke for sure.. It opens and closes just fine now, but makes a noise like gears stripping when I turn the lights off, but something is definitely wrong.
Any thoughts ????

I too don't drive at night very much and I try and make it a point to exercise the lights and other things on the vette occasionally, like the horn, passenger side power window, etc. I know it didn't help your problem but just say in the future _ _ _ _ _.
