Fixing the falling HUD?
When these things keep dropping, do most of you find it to be the pin being broke, or is there something else that causes it?
And if not the pin broke, what else might it be and what is the fix?
If it is the pin, is it best to replace with a screw as shown in the one post, or is there a glue good enough to long term repair the pin?
Getting ready to pull the dash apart in the 110 degree garage next week and trying to get prepared. Thanks!

Here is a good link for Dash Pad removal. Just pulling the IPC WILL NOT do it.
Dash pad removal is not really hard and easy for even novices. Make sure you bag and tag ALL the fasteners.
