Wheel Sensors

Just picked up a set of wheels that I believe are from a 2000. Do I have to change out the wheel sensors or will they work on my 2001?

2000 sensors won't work on a 2001 car. On the plus side, they are worth about twice as much if you sell them.

Bet you could sell the 2000 sensors on the forum and pick up a set of '01's pretty easily! :yesnod:

I have a set of the 01's sitting here (they came off my car) I just figured seeing the other rims had sensors in them I could use them. Then I would sell off two and keep the others as spares. For now I'll live with it. I have a friend who has the GM tool for the programming, I'll try that and see if it works. :cheers:
