right head light
On my 04 vette the right headlight sometimes will not open. The motor will spin for a second, then stop. If I give it a turn or two manually, it will open. Doesn't do it all the time, just when i'm in a rush to go . Gear, brushes, need lubing??

Time to purchase a brass/bronze gear....the better kits come with the gear, T brace, grease and great instructions (20 pictures).

ok thanks, that was my guess too, but didn't know if there was a limit switch on the motor that was bent, broke jammed, causing the motor to limit out and jam
