Default AC Vacuum Line Question...

Hello, I have a problem with air blowing through all the vents. I have two lines that seem to be disconnected from the back of the intake manifold and was wondering if anyone can help me out really quick. The first line looks like it's been plugged up by a screw (circled in red) or something and I was wondering if that went anywhere. The car is a 2000 and the previous owner swapped in an LS6 manifold.

The second line is not shown in the picture but it looks like it belongs on that open area also circled in red. Has anyone swapped out their ac vacuum lines and know if there is supposed to be connected there or is that a release valve of some sort?

I already checked the guide on how to fix it but I see no pictures of how the back of the manifold is supposed to connect to the vacuum lines.

The line that's plugged is supposed to be connected to the other part you circled. When not plugged, your vents won't properly switch

There is another line that looks like the one plugged up that looks like it should be there instead. That other line (thats plugged) is connected already to that little part. I circled that disconnected line in red.

The line circled in red looks like it goes down the passenger side fender so I am guessing that is the one that needs to be connected to the fitting?
