Now i have been reading the service manual and code C1214 is solenoid valve relay contact or coil circuit open in the EBCM.
In the Diagnostic aids it says the relay is integral to the EBCM. The relay is not serviceable. so i guess i can't get it repaired and i have to get a used or a new one right? Has anyone gone through this?

there is a big thread in here on how to fix it, if you do a search I'm sure you will find it... the good news is that it can easily be fixed, more than likely by just resoldering the relay and at worst a new relay which costs about $5... I did mine myself with success, if you are fairly mechanically inclined just do it yourself and save the money
I used these guys: http://asapspeedometerrepair.com/
If you go through their E-Bay store it is cheaper than their website price. Like $50. Fast service, excellent customer support.
ABS-Fixer is a paying vendor to this forum though, so you might prefer to use them if it's not so much about the money.
Thanks all i found the DIY thread thats what i am gonna do. Pull the EBCM then just gonna replace the relay it is a 2003 so won't hurt to replace it for $5 and resoldier the relay.

There is also a diode in there that commonly goes bad. Just an FYI!
