Default Seat Track Repair Question

Hey guys Ive got the rocking seat problem. Im doing a full seat rebuild, on my firethorn seats. Ordered new foam and waiting on material for covers to make sure the color is right. Well I went ahead and tore it down to see what the tracks needed. They have quite a bit of rock so I figured it wouldnt just be the isolators. It wasnt.

The rivet(?) that holds the front gear in place is missing, and since its not in the aluminum bracket it allows the front seat to pretty much go wherever it wants.

I figure I can run a bolt in there and hold that in place.

The problem Im not sure how to fix is this...

The aluminum bracket held onto the rail by 2 rivets is loose, in the picture you can see the top one is wore out and is the same size as the hole allowing movement, and this has caused the 2nd one to have some slack.

I messed with it for a minute, but I didnt think I could split the rail to get to the other side, and wasnt sure how Id repair it.

I sent Dinos an email on Thursday but havent heard anything back from them, so i wondering if anyone else has run into this and knows of a way to repair it.
