This test is in the engine code. The test is only run when the transmission is in gear, and Engine RPM is above this threshold, and the Speed is below this threshold. So if you set the Speed = 0, and the RPM = 7000, The abuse test will only run when you are in gear with the engine RPM > 7000, and the Speed < 0 MPH. Which will disable this test.

My previous post is actually for the Abuse Mode Test which is part of the Torque Management parameters within LS1.
If you have LS1 Edit, you can simply input an extremely high value for "Max Torque". I am not for sure about the other parameters associated it with it. You might want to also "turn off" the Abuse Mode test as mentioned above. The other parameters under "Torque Management" seem to simply be how much timing will be pulled.
I am just learning all of this, so take it with that in mind. Hope it helps.
