Default Dic code (o2 sensor) question and advice

I was driving along and got a check engine light along with a 'P0133'. Looked it up and found out that it is a 'Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO25) Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1-B'. I am not that concerned because the car still seems ok. I did a search, and found out this is fairly common. In doing the search I found that it may be because I still have on my test pipes from my header install (Tuan Le had similar situation). Is this the right direction?? Can I still go to the track ( I don't think it'll harm anything but I want to be relatively certain. Is there anything else I need to do?? Thanks :chevy
